Is the estimator still free?
Yes. The full estimator, saved job records and PDF export stay free. Kastrion never blocks that path to sell Pro.
What counts as an accepted job?
The client selects an option, e-signs the issued proposal, the required deposit settles to your business and any applicable cooling-off period expires. Lost, unsigned, test and valid cooling-off cancellations cost $0.
What does Kastrion charge?
After your first three accepted jobs, the fee is 1% of accepted value excluding GST and genuine pass-through charges. It is capped at $99 per job and $299 per calendar month, with both caps GST included.
Does Kastrion take the fee from my deposit?
No. The homeowner deposit is paid to your painting business. Kastrion issues a separate month-end statement and collects the fee under your authorised billing mandate.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Any standard deposit-processing cost is shown separately from Kastrion’s accepted-job fee.
